With this app, keep track of your services, all securely stored in your Dropbox (optional). Take photos of your receipts and records to keep your vehicle's paperwork manageable.

Vehicles

Do you have reams of paperwork documenting all the service records of your cars or other vehicles? This app can help you organise the mess, and keep track of what needs servicing, when.

Take photos of all receipts and other important documents, plus any relevant pictures of your vehicle with this app. Plus, since this data is so important, it is all safely securely synchronized to Dropbox (not required).

With this tab, you can manage as many cars or bikes as you like.

Vehicle Information

Set your service interval so the app will know when to remind you when your car is due for its next service. You can find out when the last service is, as well as the due date for the next. From here, you can open the services list to see the details for all your services.

Service Details

Keep track of when each of your services was, a quick summary of what it was, and more detailed notes if you wish. Take photos of receipts, records, even a photo of your nice new tyres if you wish.

Dropbox

Dropbox is a fantastic service for keeping track of your files across multiple computers, devices, etc, which are then accessible anywhere you are. It isn’t necessary for this app, but it’s highly recommended. Get an account here.

With the Dropbox tab, you can link this app to your Dropbox account, and synchronize your files to your Dropbox\Apps\Service History folder. This is also very handy if you wish to share your service history files between two iPhones, or an iPad / iPod touch.

To link your account, tap ‘Account’ on this tab.

Whenever you wish to send your latest data to Dropbox, or download any data on Dropbox that you uploaded previously from another device, tap ‘Synchronize now’ on this tab.

Printable History

Whenever you synchronise your data to Dropbox, the app sends a file called Printable service history.html to each of the folders for your vehicles. You can open this file in your Dropbox folder and print it out if you wish.

Works on iPad

Designed for your iPad too. Syncs easily between your iPhone and iPad through Dropbox.
